Riding on Time's Winds
it's been months since I last posted here on this blog, i feel really guilty. so, here i am, time to hit the keys again. It's really been a tremendous turn this college life, i must say. Different rooms, diff. ambience, diff. schedule and diff. people, I couldn't even remember who I used to be and what I used to do. To start with, I am, well, "not so proud" to say that I am an education major, I mean, how do you expect people to react? "Educ Lng? Bakit EDUCATION?!" as they pose their faces with total disapproval and disappointment. That's my first predicament. Second, Cam. I don't think you know her, but she's one of my bestfriends. Actually, we were three. But, not until we steplanded in the vast cosmos called "Tertiary" You see, Cam, Yam and I really bonded together when we were in high school. I mean, not just any other peers out there, it was very transcendental. we were like sisters, know what I'm sayin? It's just like that, when the three of us are together, we couldn't care less of what people are sayin'. disregarding all the flaws in this world, we enjoyed a sugar coated life, together, the three of us. But seasons change, and we've got nothing to do but to ride on its winds. We've grown apart, that's what it is, since college started. But, not totally the three of us, Yam and I are still intact, but Cam, well, she's the only one who's grown apart from us. It's abput something superficial really, but nothin to belittle though. She transferred to T.U.P., and well, she's got someone there to take care of her, someone special. Perhaps 'he' took our place in her heart. Sad, eh? But that's what it really is. Reality Bites. That places second! And then third, the schedule. MY GOD, this schedule rips the head out of me. I mean, what kind of schedule is that?! It's really annoying,.. Tuloy, i'm always tempted to cut classes. kasi naman, Siesta time!!! Cmon!! haayy... guess what, I just failed. yes, failure due to absences. (Well, technically, i did not actually fail, only dissatisfied! heheheh...no '5' )
But hey, college life is not wholly frittered with problems you know? A lot of beautiful things also arised, many wonderful people I have come upon, and many new things I have learned from them. First on the list is my oh so beloved CMCS family. (oi mga bequi! read this post huh!!!) Oh, CMCS stands for 'City of Mandaluyong Collegiate Scholarship' (tama ba?) heheh.. My co-scholars out there na addicted sa AURA!!!!!!! This extraordinary peer group here is comprised with extraordinary people that speak a totally extaordinary language.
